My Journey Into Subconscious Healing:

My personal development journey began over 12 years ago during one of the most challenging periods of my life.
I was emotionally burnt out, experiencing panic attacks, navigating ongoing health issues including PCOS and fertility concerns, digestive issues, poor spinal health, and recovering from a breakup that forced me to re‑evaluate everything I thought I knew about myself and the life I was building.
My stress levels had reached a point I didn’t even realize was possible. And with that came a confronting realization - I had unknowingly led myself into a life that wasn’t sustainable or supportive of my long‑term health, wellbeing, or happiness.
Something had to change.
To begin healing, I had to turn inward. I started learning who I was beneath the conditioning, patterns, and coping mechanisms I had relied on for years. I began examining what was working for me, what was working against me, and why I was behaving in ways that didn’t feel aligned or fulfilling.
Surprisingly, instead of fear, I felt relieved. For the first time in my life, I felt empowered. I realized I could influence the direction of my life, and I could seek support to address the things I had been avoiding for so long.
Like many people on a healing path, I tried everything. Counselling. Kinesiology. Reiki. Affirmations. You name it.
And for a while, it worked.
I gained awareness. I uncovered patterns. I began understanding how I ended up where I was. I experienced moments of hope, excitement, and expansion. From the outside, my life transformed - I improved my financial situation, moved into a beachfront apartment, worked from home, became a Reiki healer, traveled overseas, and supported clients of my own.
I truly believed I had cracked the code.
But what I later came to understand was this: I had opened the door, not finished the journey.

When Awareness Wasn't Enough:

What I had developed was awareness - awareness of my pain, my emotional patterns, my body’s symptoms, my relationships, and the ways my nervous system had adapted to stress and survival.
Awareness is powerful. It is the first and most important step.
But eventually, I learned the hard way that awareness alone does not create emotional sustainability.
Over time, I began to suffer again. Only now, I was deeply aware of my patterns and emotions, yet I didn’t have the capacity to shift them. I could see the cycle, but I couldn’t interrupt it.
I was having profound realizations in counselling sessions, accessing deep emotions and long‑held memories, but I would leave those sessions carrying that emotional weight back into daily life. The same reactions continued to surface. The same cycles repeated. Progress felt slow, exhausting, and at times defeating.
My life stagnated.
I knew something was missing - not understanding, but integration.
Discovering Subconscious Healing:

That’s when I found Subconscious Healing.
I trained for five years with one of the world’s leading personal development organizations, where I learned how to work with the subconscious mind to access the root cause of emotional and behavioral challenges.
Through this training, I discovered my ability to intuitively locate where an emotional response or pattern was originating from and offer simple, effective healing techniques that reduce emotional reactivity and support nervous system regulation in real time.
Over the years, I worked with thousands of clients. I saw what created meaningful change and what didn’t. I learned how transformation actually becomes sustainable - not through effort, analysis, or reliving the past, but through creating new subconscious associations that the body can safely integrate.
This is when everything changed.
I finally understood how to make wellness accessible, consistent, and supportive of real life. I learned what sustainable progression toward better health feels like. How relationships soften when emotional reactions decrease. How your connection to yourself - and life - deepens when your nervous system feels safe.

Subconscious Healing is now at the core of everything I teach.
It is an intuitive, practical approach designed to help you process emotions without needing to relive your entire childhood, analyze every experience, or understand complex theories or biology.
The techniques are simple. They are fast. They meet you where you are. And they allow for your biology to do what it's designed to do, by integrating proven wellness strategies, such as nature practices.Â
Many people expect healing to require long courses or drawn‑out processes. What I’ve learned through nearly a decade of client work is that when subconscious integration is supported correctly, change can happen with far greater ease and efficiency.
In the past few years, particularly since becoming a mother, I’ve also developed a deeper interest in understanding the science behind emotional regulation and wellbeing. I am currently completing an undergraduate certificate in Psychology, where I’ve studied nervous system regulation, child development, mental health, wellbeing, and nature‑based approaches.
This academic foundation doesn’t replace what I teach - it complements it. I am not a psychologist or medical professional, and I don’t position my work as clinical treatment. The results my clients experience come from intuitive skills, subconscious healing facilitation, and personal development coaching.
However, this integration allows me to deepen the results my clients gain, whilst explaining what I do with more clarity, precision, and grounded language. It also ensures that ethical standards are met, whilst simultaneously honoring the the intuitive essence that makes this work so effective.

That’s why my mission is to equip people with safe, effective, intuitive methods that empower them to become the leader of their own healing journey.
